Jamie Hogan
TreasurerJamie has been part of the Welches’ ministry since the very beginning. Her love for the family and passion for the mission are evident in her faithful service as a board member. She especially loves seeing the girls’ smiles and witnessing their lives being transformed through The Binti Project.
Vince and Vicki Welch
Vicki and her husband, Vince, serve as full-time missionaries in Tanzania since 2012. Carrying a deep burden for the daughters of Tanzania, they followed God’s leading through much prayer and launched The Binti Project in 2014.

Shannon Hogan, PhD
Board MemberShannon brings valuable experience in missions and nonprofit ministry. He and his wife were instrumental in helping the Welches launch their mission and have faithfully supported the vision from the beginning. He shares their heart for Tanzania and believes deeply in the lasting, eternal impact The Binti Project is making in the lives of young women.
SecretaryLaura Stowers
Laura first became connected with The Binti Project during a mission trip in 2015. She has been amazed to see the ministry’s growth and expansion over the years and is honored to serve as Board Secretary.
Wendy Vinson
Board MemberWendy has supported The Binti Project since its beginning. She is excited to see how God is expanding the ministry and empowering young women in Tanzania to step into their God-given destinies.
