The Binti Project empowers at-risk girls and young women in Tanzania to become whole in body, soul, and spirit through biblical discipleship, vocational training, and support to build sustainable businesses.

Founded in 2014 by missionaries Vince and Vicki Welch, The Binti Project provides hope, healing, practical skills, and life-changing opportunities to girls facing poverty, abuse, trafficking, exploitation, and other vulnerable circumstances.

Through safe residential care, counseling, discipleship, education, vocational training, business start-up support, and mentoring, girls are equipped to heal, earn an income, care for their families, and build a sustainable future.
