Vince and Vicki Welch, long time missionaries living in Moshi, Tanzania, founded Project Watu Kamili in Tanzania and a non-profit in America as well. Watu Kamili is Swahili which means complete, whole people. Our goal is to bring people into wholeness through the love of God. The Binti Project is an outreach program under this organization.
